 Hi, I’m Billy—a BCIN designer and carpenter working in the heritage residential space. My work balances preservation with performance, combining traditional materials with modern building science. I offer design, permitting, and tailored construction services. 

 We offer residential design, drafting, and 3D modelling services to guide projects from idea to approval. Through clear drawings and visual models, we help clients understand the design and navigate the permitting process with confidence. 

 Our work is grounded in traditional building methods and a hands-on approach to detail. We take pride in thoughtful execution—where materials, proportions, and joinery come together to create work that feels both timeless and durable.
